REFUND & RETURNS POLICY


Fresh Lens will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. The order must be sent back by regular mail. Please do not send through a courier. Orders must be returned within 30-days of purchase with all packaging in original condition. Please ensure your order is correct upon delivery.

Damaged Lenses: If a lens is found to have a manufacturers defect, please return the box of lenses to Fresh Lens for replacement.

If you need to return an item, you can contact us and request a refund by phone or email. Be sure to include your order number.

NOTE: If a refund is requested after the order is placed, a $15 restocking fee will apply.

We will provide a return shipping label, please do not ship back an order until you reach out to our support team.
