Please note: All shipping times below are estimates based on average shipping times. Some orders arrive sooner, others later. Fresh Lens makes no guarantees on shipping times. Not all prescriptions are in stock, and may need to be ordered from the manufacturer. This normally takes 2 business days, and the status of your order will remain as "Awaiting Shipment" until we receive them.


Free Shipping

We believe everyone should have access to high quality contact lenses. That's why at Fresh Lens we don't charge for shipping! No minimum order needed, no questions asked! You get FREE shipping in Canada and the US on any sized order. More reasons to keep your eyes Fresh!


Canada

Canadian orders are shipped via Xpresspost for FREE! Your contact lens shipment will take on average 5 business days from the day you order, until the day they arrive. A tracking number will be emailed to you once the order ships.


USA

Fresh Lens offers two shipping methods to the USA.

USPS Tracked Packet - FREE! - Orders take on average 8 - 10 business days from the day you order, until the day you receive your lenses. A tracking number will be emailed to you once the order ships.

Xpresspost USA - $29.95 - Orders take on average 5 business days from the day you order, until the day you receive your lenses. A tracking number will be emailed to you once the order ships.


International

International - $29.95 - Delivery times vary greatly on international orders depending on the country. Please allow a minimum of 14 days. Tracking numbers are not provided on international orders. We do not guarantee shipment arrival or refund lost shipments outside of the continental USA and Canada.


Lost & Missing Orders

Orders to Canada and the USA are tracked via Canada Post and USPS. Orders shown as 'delivered' will not be refunded. If you feel your order was not delivered, please contact your local Canada Post or USPS office.

Orders that are 'lost' enroute will be reshipped.


Returns Policy

Fresh Lens will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. The order must be sent back by regular mail. Please do not send through a courier. Orders must be returned within 30-days of purchase with all packaging in original condition. Please ensure your order is correct upon delivery.

Damaged Lenses: If a lens is found to have a manufacturers defect, please return the box of lenses to Fresh Lens for replacement.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order and click the Refund button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. If you checked out as a guest, please contact us by phone or email, then return the lenses along with a note including your name and order number.
